-Management and implementation of successful recruiting processes designed to attract and retain quality consultants and employees.
-Sourcing candidates via search and selection, advertising in on-line media.
-Screening incoming resumes (web, email, candidate database) and telephone calls.
-Identifying potential candidates, interview them using behavioral
interviewing techniques.
-Background and/or reference checks.
-Managing and developing relationships with existing candidates.
-Recruiting assignments ranging from single, high value roles, to multiple vacancies internationally.
