Responsible of the global Citrix farm (160 servers) in a real 24x7 environment. Metaframe XP, PS4 and XenApp 5.0

Projects:
Migrated the current farm from PS4 to XenApp 5.0 with Provisioning Services and Streaming

Migration of SG to CAG Adv. Ed.
New farm implementation in Switzerland (Zurich) for Cablecom
Responsible for the Antivirus solution (TrendMicro) in the company

Decommissioned the old XP farm

Third level messaging support for HP European customers at the Remote Management Center of Barcelona (i.e : Airbus, BMW, WestLB, DWP, Lafarge…)
Lotus Domino servers support (v5, v6, v7 versions).

Projects:

4 months (2006): Migration of Citrix Metaframe XP to Citrix Presentaion Server 4.0 for the Conseil Général de la Moselle (CG57). Migration of customer made applications and MS Office suite (up to 80 applications).

3 months: Implemented Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 with Password Manager in an hospital to allow doctors to check patients medical status from touched-sensitive multimedia screens located in each room. Authentication was made with a smartcard access.

Implemented and managed « Bureau Nomade » project (centralized work environment based on W2003 Terminal Server) in different schools, from the elementary school to the university.

Implemented Windows server based architectures with messaging with Exchange, terminal servers, backups.

3 months: Helping hand on « Prisme Lorraine » project based on W2003 server with Sharepoint Portal Server, which allows schools and parents’ students to follow the academic year of their children. Implementing SAN architecture and firewalls (Netasq)

1 year (2004): NT4 servers’ migration, Citrix Metaframe 1.8 to W2003 Server, Citrix Metaframe XP for the « Conseil Général de la Moselle (CG57) ». Migration of customer made applications and MS office suite.

Helpdesk engineer
Implemented WAN access for the mayor/president and assessors of the urban city of Strasbourg, using ISDN from their home and analogic connexion when they were roaming.

Responsible for the migration of workstations from Windows 3.1 to Windows 95 (400 computers)
