My main activities are being responsible for the total execution of the recruitment process, from search strategy to final selection for multinational clients; Defining initial search strategy from advertisement sources to direct search; Performing telephone interviews, group dynamics, personal interviews and assessment centres to evaluate candidates; Presentations of final candidates to client and involvement until incorporation; Active participation in multiple recruitment projects from their initial planning, strategy and execution.

I Created the Recruitment department and developed all HR processes, including practices and policies; recruited for contract, temp-hire, full-time hires, and solution based projects.

I supported offices in the Netherlands with more than 1,500 employees; advised and supported Management and employees regarding HR related issues; analysed and developed long-term business plans for the HR department; executed HR policies and procedures; developed a sickness absence plan which resulted in an overall decrease of sickness-related absences by 1%; cooperated in the creation of the HR intranet site for DHL Netherlands; developed and helped execute an outsourcing plan to merge the Finance and the Purchase departments.
