2008 - 2009Given the mandate to improve the performance of the entire Consulting & Applications Services business for the Financial Services Industry. EDS Application Services provides world class applications & software development, management, maintenance, systems integration and consulting services.
Leading the strategic industry portfolio direction, developing new solutions and leading onshore & offshore delivery, growth, profitability, people care, consulting, marketing and alliances with full P&L responsibility. Having the pleasure of leading a great team with 10 direct reports, 27 indirect reports and a large dedicated operations & delivery team across the region.
2006 - 2008Dutchlink is a member-based Dutch/Australian business networking organisation and information centre. It operates as the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. It also is an advanced knowledge portal for anybody interested in anything Dutch (business, cultural, social, educational, governmental) in Australia. Its main goals are bringing people and business together, stimulating networking and enabling the creation of new business opportunities.
2006 - 2008Responsible for client relationship management, sales management, strategic consulting, solution development and marketing for clients in the financial services industry. Focused primarily on the commercial banking, insurance, wealth management and fund management sectors in APAC. Developed new business models and BPO services. Developed new innovative solutions & services for: customer centricity, contactless payments, payments security, fraud reduction, AML, mortgage & loan processing, electronic ID verification, mobile payments and payments processing.
2002 - 2006Responsible for sales and consulting strategy, finance and marketing. Lead and managed several global and regional pursuit teams, focused on developing and selling IT-strategy, IT-consulting, IT Outsourcing, Applications and BPO solutions. Provided strategic consulting services to client executives (C-level). Initiated and developed new global deals with innovative and scalable solutions. Developed new utility computing solutions, together with global alliance partners. Lead contractual negotiations and strategic planning. Regular keynote speaker on forums and conferences.
Achievements: No. 1 sales in EMEA in 2004, achieved 500+% of my personal sales target in 2004 (>$325 million).

Sold deals: Varying from IT-Outsourcing, grid & utility computing to management consultancy and full business transformation.
