For the last 10 years, I've been working in a similar sector of industry, namely the trading of network/telecom hardware like Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, HP and many more.
During my previous jobs, I was often solving problems for my customers, create new commercial solutions and follow business from A to Z.
Both customer contact and service have become a second nature.
