· Responsible for production planning and deployement for products from all sub-contractors (France and Europe) and for planning coordination with some plants of Kraft Biscuits Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Poland) - about 20 000 tons and 150 SKUs, with VMI or order process.
· Take part in stops, switches and launchs of products
· Monitoring and optimizing KPIs (Customer Service Level, Stock Level, Transport costs, Obsolescence costs)

Warehouse supplying products for the EIG Club Restauration for the away of home market.
· Management of 15 forklift operators in charge of loading and unloading operations, stocking, preparing orders, to deliver pallets of finished goods.
· Daily organisation and optimisation of team activity (safety, productivity and quality)

· Driving continuous improvement project (5S)
· Implementation of the WMS Reflex with radio-frequency: schedule of conditions, setting parameters, training, change management

Project on product identification and traceability, related to the European law n° 178/2002
· Analysis of the current traceability in the 7 plants (technologies, points to be improved, costs),
· Assessment of the retailers’ needs, of competitors’ and logistics experts’ practices and of advice from industry bodies
· Recommendation of course of action: physical and information flows, standards, budget
· Transversal work (production, IT, quality), autonomy, analysis abilities.

In a building responsible for sending 1 million commercial and marketing letters to the customers
· Management of 25 forklift operators: HR management, tempory workers, trade unions, communication.
